The astute and business minded will probably be well aware from one gaze at my wordpress blog/website that I’m no website designer. I’m no marketing guru and I’m certainly no creative genius. I work in brains, and strategies and words and stories, the rest of this stuff I should probably be leaving to the real grown ups. But I can’t

So, this isn’t an excuse, its just the story as it unfolds, if you are here at the ground level then I welcome you, I thank you for joining me and watching me fumble my way through establishing a whizz bang business frontage while hog tied, blind folded and completely in the dark. I’m a life coach, not a web designer. But I’m also a solo parent

I’m a solo parent with a kid who until quite recently was in a permanent state of getting or recovering from every chest infection possible. I’ve been a stay at home mum keeping a roof over my kids heads for a long time and this business thing, well its my work around being able to keep doing that and gaining some independence from a financial system that isn’t particularly diversity friendly, while doing what I am passionate about, helping people.

I’ve always been adaptable, flexible and willing to learn, I’ve also always been the advisor that everyone turns to. Believe me when I say a hell of a lot of coaching myself has gone into getting to where I am now, so if you think you have got the deck stacked against you, I’ll show you mine if you show me yours. Getting started is scary and exhausting, exhilarating and sobering. But if we don’t look for the block that is encouraging us to remain comfortable and work with it, around it or through it then we will stay in the land of Maybe and I’d rather be in the land of What If I Do?

So thank you to all my weirdos, lunatics, friends, family and random waifs and strays I have found along the way who are cheering me on while I do all of this startup on a shoestring budget, a solid gold dream and a whole heap of stubborn ass determination.
