Hello, my name is Kate. With over 21 years of experience as a foster parent and 13 years as an independent business owner, I have dedicated my life to nurturing and empowering others. My background in early childhood education has equipped me with valuable skills that I apply both in my professional and personal life. Alongside my daughter, our two dogs, and our adorable guinea pig, I embrace a mobile lifestyle, exploring the world as I renovate our bus and create a home on the road.
My journey has not been without its challenges, having personally navigated the complexities of abusive relationships, ADHD, and the hurdles that come with being at rock bottom. My goal is to serve as a resource for others who have faced similar circumstances, offering support and guidance to help them rebuild their lives. I am passionate about empowering individuals to create lives they can be proud of and look forward to each day, and I am excited to share my journey and insights through my training as a certified life coach to inspire others on their paths to happiness and fulfillment.

“Kate is an incredibly skilled coach with an uncanny knack of asking the questions that even I hadn’t anticipated. And I anticipate a LOT, so that’s saying something. Most interactions result in me thinking “huh, I hadn’t thought of it from that perspective”. I was a bit of a mess when we first worked closely together and I can genuinely say that she made a huge difference in my life, helping me to understand (and re-understand) my freshly-diagnosed officially-weird brain. She’s also caring, and smart, and kind, and a good human. But fundamentally, a really good coach.”

“I first approached Kate when things had got so bad I had no idea what to do. I felt completely lost. In the simplest terms, Kate helped me find my way again. I was at a point in life where I was confused, frustrated, felt trapped and had no idea which way to turn – it was exhausting. Kate took some of the weight off my shoulders. She took the time to listen, communicate in a supportive way what I needed to hear, helped me with practical ways to change my mindset and behaviors, and helped steer me into achieving tangible goals. In turn, this built back my confidence to get me back onto a better track, not the same track. She also made me laugh, which I found just as valuable as the serious stuff because she allowed me to smile again on a regular basis. Worth every penny and more!”

“My teenager didn’t want to engage with anyone and Kate is helping me to understand her ADHD brain from afar. The dissection of ‘happenings’ has been incredibly insightful and helpful in a way that I have never been supported before. I just want more. She is honest, empathetic, real, and dedicated to helping. I would recommend her to both families and individuals”.
