Everybody and their dog are looking for a new gimmicky way to sell themselves or their products. I’ll be honest, I’ve gone down the road of investigating sales and marketing options so I can grow my business faster, but the reality is that I’m doing this because its my passion (to all those who just thought “yeah whatever that’s just a gimmick too” just bear with me).
Seriously though, I’ve been on the self help journey for years, decades even, I was into Tony Robbins when his stuff came out on cassette!!! I’ve read the books, I’ve been to the seminars, I’ve listened to the podcasts, I’ve culled through the gimmicks and I’ve trialed the options and kept the things that work for me and revised or shelved the ones that didn’t. I’m not trotting myself out as a golden touch, because the work we do together belongs to you, not me.
What I do know is that being human means we are all diverse in the way we need to understand the way things work, we all have a different way we take in information, and it changes the applicability of so many of the mainstream theories. Some of us need to understand the “why does this work” before we can even accept the technique as an option, some have to start small with concepts of recognising how our feelings are demonstrated inside our bodies, some of us are goal driven machines that will eat the universe for breakfast and curl up in a small overwhelmed blanket burrito rather than go to the supermarket.
Why don’t I have prices on my website? Honestly that’s because when you live your passion you have right of veto…. I have a package price, I have an hourly rate, and I have an understanding of how much life costs. I’m a solo parent I’ve been in the trenches of life and I’m going to ask you to make an investment in yourself, but that investment doesn’t get decided by the arbitrary set of numbers you see on a website and decide you can’t afford, because you are worth more than that.
I’m not a gimmick to be dragged out and marched down a runway and neither are you. So I know its intimidating to hit the “Book that call” button but what I want you to know is that I’m no hard pitch mind fuck salesperson who is going to tell you anything to get you to sign on. If we aren’t compatible then I’ll be straight up, and likewise if I think we can work together I’ll be straight up with you, then all you need to say is yes or no. I’m not going to chase you around the block begging you to sign with me.
I have a family to feed and house, I have a life to live, but I’m living that life doing what I love with people who want to do the work. If I have to twist your arm then I’m doing us both a disservice. So, take the time, book a call, talk to me and make an informed decision.
I don’t bite, I promise.
“I first approached Kate when things had got so bad I had no idea what to do. I felt completely lost. In the simplest terms, Kate helped me find my way again. I was at a point in life where I was confused, frustrated, felt trapped and had no idea which way to turn – it was exhausting. Kate took some of weight off my shoulders. She took the time to listen, communicate in a supportive way what I needed to hear, helped me with practical ways to change my mindset and behaviors, and helped steer me into achieving tangible goals. In turn, this built back my confidence to get me back onto a better track, not the same track. She also made me laugh, which I found just as valuable as the serious stuff because she allowed me to smile again on a regular basis. Worth every penny and more!”I first approached Kate when things had got so bad I had no idea what to do. I felt completely lost. In the simplest terms, Kate helped me find my way again.
