Well there’s the million dollar question. I’m a life coach, a mentor and an ADHD peer communicator and advocate. The majority of my work to this point has been through word of mouth referral, and I like that, I want you to have the opportunity to be compatible with me, in whatever shape or form we work together. With that in mind the first thing I offer is a call up to 45 minutes duration, where we get to test the waters and see if we are on the same wavelength. That call happens regardless of whatever other reason you are wanting to work with me, and hopefully even in that time you’ll take away some tips and tricks.
What Do I Offer?
A 3 month coaching package making use of my skills as a coach, a results coach, a mentor and mad skills investigator of all things that look like a rabbit hole to my ADHD brain and your drive and desire to integrate suggestions, hold accountability and take action. Weekly calls, messaging with me available in between.
Make ADHD Make Sense To Me – One to One or One to Two person weekly call to get to understand ADHD without the big words, the negative implications and some actual targeted strategies for your specific situation on how to get through life with ADHD regardless of whether you are diagnosed, undiagnosed, waiting for diagnosis or someone who loves an ADHDer.
Make ADHD make sense to Me – Group workshop:
Still currently under development but the goal is to provide a two hour face to face workshop anywhere in New Zealand to families, professionals, and ADHDers who want to actually understand how to scaffold a better life experience for people with ADHD in any environment.
Make ADHD make sense to Me – Online material:
Also currently under development and based on demand for an online opportunity to participate in the group workshop or a “learn at your own speed” package of materials. If this option interests you please get in touch and I’ll keep you updated with progress

“Kate is an incredibly skilled coach with an uncanny knack of asking the questions that even I hadn’t anticipated. And I anticipate a LOT, so that’s saying something. Most interactions result in me thinking “huh, I hadn’t thought of it from that perspective”. I was a bit of a mess when we first worked closely together and I can genuinely say that she made a huge difference in my life, helping me to understand (and re-understand) my freshly-diagnosed officially-weird brain. She’s also caring, and smart, and kind, and a good human. But fundamentally, a really good coach.” Sean
